Some three years ago we had appointed Swayam Infologic as our IT Partner who are accountable for our design, development, maintenance and support of our Infoscape suite of systems.

Swayam was appointed following a rigorous evaluation process and was selected using the balanced scorecard framework over other service providers for the following reasons:

From a Financial Perspective, Swayam:

• Is financially stable and sound as a growing concern;
• Applies a creative costing model which assures us of a very competitive capital and operating costs structure over the long term thereby enabling us to optimise our costs to our clients;

From a Customer Perspective, Swayam:

• Support’s a wide spectrum of ERP solutions covering manufacturing, services, logistics, supply chain business models;
• Delivery Model and Work Ethic’s is underpinned by strong values
• Is recommended as being an organisation that was establishing footprints into developing innovative new generation technological solutions
• Shares the same common strategic platform as us in providing a holistic solution that provided a high level of assurance on embedding of solutions provided to clients

From an Internal Process Perspective, Swayam:

• Maintains a robust quality management system that provides us with the assurance around system design, system development, testing and deployment
